We help clients in managing User Groups, Users, User permissions, Portal access permissions, Tealeaf RTV Installs. We do customize TMS, Portal Management of Tealeaf product. We do customize Portal Search template and Session list templates based on client Requirements. Tealeaf Implementation - Nandeeny Systems Inc does Tealeaf Version 8 implementation from scratch. We take care of pre requisites needed for implementing Tealeaf in a timely manner. We do gather requirements to customize Tealeaf product based on client environment. We install Tealeaf software on different windows servers and on Linux capture servers. We help clients configure Linux capture server, HBR( Health Based Routing) servers, Portal - Reporting - Transport - Search Servers. We do implement and manage cxVerify, cxConnect, Eventbus modules. Tealeaf Configuration - We do configure Capture server web console to move traffic into Tealeaf Windows Environment, Implement rules to block client sensitive data like SSN, Bank Account Numbers, Credit Card Numbers. Implement rules to drop traffic based on conditions. Implement SSL keys to decrypt traffic if needed. Configure ETH card lines and Servers, Port numbers to filter desired traffic and prevent undesired traffic entering Tealeaf environment. Customize Search templates and Session list templates. Configure TMS, Portal Management, cxConnect, Eventbus, cxVerify. Tealeaf Version Migrations - Nandeeny Systems Inc does Tealeaf version migrations. Currently we help clients migrate from previous versions to Tealeaf Support & Training - Nandeeny Systems Inc offers continuous Tealeaf support services to clients. We do maintain Tealeaf product, making sure traffic is being captured continuously without any interruptions. We do create Events, Reports, Dashboards, Scorecards based on requirements. We monitor Tealeaf environment and add additional infrastructure if needed. We do train our clients in Tealeaf product.
